Payments terms:
50% deposit is required from the total price agreed upon approval or when we start working on a project.
For small projects, under $200 dollars, 100% deposit will be required.
This amount is non-refundable.
The client has the option to pay cash, check or card (Paypal or Stripe)
Prices are in U.S Dollars, negotiable and subject to change without notice.
Web Hosting:
All our hosting plans offer 30-day money back guarantee. After 30 days from sign up any amount paid is non-refundable.
There is no money-back when signing up after a FREE Web Hostinng trial period.
Invoice for Web Hosting services will be sent about two weeks before the due date. If payment is no received on the due date, the account will be temporarily suspended. Within 30 days of suspension, we should receive payment, otherwise the account will be terminated 30 days after the due date.
We reserve the right to reject an order if we consider the website content to be inappropriate according to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Quantum Designers reserves the right to turn down any project considered to have pornographic and obscene content or content that goes against the company’s values and beleifs.

We reserve the right to use the generic pictures and display them in several web sites from different clients. By generic pictures we mean photos included in the agreed package and paid by Quantum Designers.
Quantum Designers reserves the right to place a small link at the bottom of each page of each website stating that the website has been designed, developed and/or hosted by Quantum Designers. This link must remain active for the life of the site, unless otherwise agreed to.
